CBD OIL FOR YOUR PETS
Cats and dogs love CBD! Humans are not the only ones that can reap the benefits of CBD. Our pet hemp products are created especially for pets and they are a safe and gentle nutritive CBD supplement for cats and dogs of all ages.
Pets have an endocannabinoid system and hemp holds promise in balancing their system in the same way it helps humans. Hemp oil can assist your pet in a healthy, happy lifestyle.

ANIMALS HAVE AN ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM AND CBD CAN SUPPORT YOUR DOG OR CAT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- Pet-friendly flavor

- Safe, effective, and legal, containing 0% THC
Nature’s Greatest has discovered how CBD oil could be a critical part of holistic veterinary practices.
The results seem to be in — researchers are turning their attention to this herb and, so far, they’re finding a lot to like. Just as CBD has helped humans, your dogs and cats can reap the same health-boosting (and even life-saving) benefits.
HELP YOUR PETS THAT ARE SUFFERING
AN OVERACTIVE CAT OR DOG MAY BE A SIGN THAT THEY ARE SUFFERING.
If your dog is constantly jumping on people or always seems a bit scared, pet CBD products can offer a solution. When dogs get scared or overly active, they can engage in destructive behaviors that can harm furniture, belongings, and even your sanity.
If your dog gets skittish during thunderstorms or anytime someone new comes into your home, you may want to keep some CBD pet treats handy.
CBD can offer them some much-needed relief when they’re experiencing discomfort or feeling ill.
CBD CAN HELP YOUR PET WITH DISCOMFORT AND ALL ITS SIGNS
IT CAN BE TOUGH TO KNOW WHEN YOUR PET IS IN DISCOMFORT.
Somehow pet owners always seem to be able to tell. Just like humans, pets can develop all sorts of conditions, and other ailments. This can leave them limping around, with little energy and/or in decreased mood and appetite.
CBD CAN HELP AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN DOGS
Some dogs are more aggressive than we’d like. A dog can become a fierce animal quickly and without explanation. If you’ve got a dog that gets overly aggressive, CBD can balance them out to curb aggressive behavior and calm them down.
When your pets take CBD consistently, it has the potential to reduce aggression. It can also be used in situations where the dog acts in an aggressive way to provide a more calming effect.
CBD CAN INCREASE APPETITE AND REDUCE NAUSEA
If your pet has started eating less than it used to, it may be a sign that something is going on in their digestive tract or that they’re feeling nauseous. It can be difficult to pinpoint why your pet may not be eating, but CBD tends to address multiple issues that alter pet appetite.
HOW MUCH CBD SHOULD I GIVE THEM?
One of the best things about CBD is that there is no threat of your pets overdosing on it. The best way to figure out how much CBD would be right for your pet is to start with a low dose.
WE RECOMMEND TAKING .05 MG OF CBD AND MULTIPLYING THAT BY YOUR PET’S WEIGHT IN KILOGRAMS TO FIND THE PROPER DOSAGE.
Start with this, and if it seems like your pet needs or wants more, try a higher dose. It is always better to start low and raise the dose. According to veterinarian Robert J. Silver, the highest you should go is 1 mg of CBD per kilogram per day. Any higher than that and your pet may start to get overly drowsy or sluggish.
CBD INFUSED PET TREATS ARE ONE OF THE EASIEST WAYS OF INCORPORATING CBD INTO YOUR PET’S DIET.
Your pets will love them and they are easy and fun.
If you’d prefer, you can purchase some CBD oil and drop some of it on your pet’s food or on a treat. CBD drops and oils can also be dropped into your pet’s mouth. This can allow more customization with the dosage size but it might be trickier than giving your pet a treat that contains CBD in it.
CAN PETS OVERDOSE ON CBD?
THERE IS NOT A FATAL DOSE OF CBD. HOWEVER, IF YOUR DOG INGESTS AN EXTREME AMOUNT BY ACCIDENT, IT IS BEST TO SEEK VETERINARY HELP IMMEDIATELY.
You may also want to double-check with your veterinarian if your pet is taking any other medications to ensure that CBD does not interact with them in any unexpected ways.
If you go to your vet and they know nothing about CBD, it may be best to find a vet online and set up a phone call. Any vet that is interested in hemp or cannabis healing in dogs should be more than happy to chat about CBD and its potential benefits for pets.
